Fleetwood Evolution E1 camper. I bought it brand new in April and have only used it a few times since then. Its in great condition. Everything from the 16000 BTU furnace to the mini fridge work great. I havent even ran water through it since I bought it so that is still factory, and would not need to be winterized unless you use it and need to store it outside. It comes with an awning, outdoor shower/rinse hose, tons of storage space (cabinets and drawers), 2 fan/light attachments, leveling jacks and hand cranks, CD stereo with an AUX input for ipod or laptop to give you decent sound with 2 inside speakers and 2 outside. It has a 2 burner outdoor grill which mounts on the side of the camper and runs off the 2 propane tanks. A 2 burner stove inside, 2 big slide out beds, one is a king size and the other is a queen. Very comfy. The dinette collapses into a small bed which can sleep a couple kids or an adult. The storage deck infront is not big enough for an ATV but could hold a motorcycle or something. I use it for coolers and camping chairs. It can hold something like 200+ lbs. Has a full size spare tire, extended warrantee and gets a lot of compliments on how bad ass it is. It weighs about 3500lbs and I pull it with my 2008 V6 4Runner and on the open road, if cruise between 50-65, I get 16-19MPG. I am only asking for what I owe so if you would like to take over payments, we can work out something. Brand new, the E1 goes for about $13,000, so this is the next best thing considering I have barely used it and you can save more than $1,500 and still get the extended warrantee. I am moving out of Alaska in the next couple months and need to sell this unit. Im going to miss it because it is so comfortable and durable for any application I throw at it.
